As an independent contactor or affiliate business you are working for yourself. Still you are bringing dealer members to IAJE so in appreciation for working with us for just 5 years and if you leave in good standing, IAJE would like to show our appreciation for you service.

 

     Therefore, we have created a program of annuity commissions. Over the course of 5 years you should build a good number of clients who will continue to renew their IAJE membership even after you stop working with IAJE. In almost all sales opportunities, once you leave the company - that's it, you get nothing! NOT WITH IAJE!

 

     IAJE takes pride in bringing real value to our member dealers and also to our independent contractors. Therefore we do everything in our power to continuously increase our value to our dealers so that they always find true value in renewing their membership each and every year.

 

      That is why providing quality, superior service is the standard of the International Alliance Jewelry Exchange. While you are active, you receive 70% of your renewal commissions, which should be many thousands of dollars added to the new business you generate each year.

 

      Once you leave anytime after 5 full years of working with the IAJE and at the discretion of IAJE, you and or your beneficiary will receive 30% of all the dealer membership renewal commissions from dealers you brought to IAJE as an annuity.

 

      This program is very generous of IAJE since normally you are not entitled to commissions once you end your position as an independent contractor with IAJE.  However, with this progarm you will receive your annuity commissions for a full 7 years after you terminate your independent contactor agreement with IAJE in good standing.

 

      You may also designate a beneficiary who will receive the balance your annuity commissions in the case of your untimely death. For a 10 year period for a spouse and/or a 15 year period for a child under the age of five. To be clear; if you leave IAJE in good standing and receive your annuity commissions for 5 of the 7 years but your life ends. Then your spouse or child beneficiary will receive the balance and it will be extended to a total of either 10 or 15 years. This consideration is to help support those you love for a period of time. We also recommend that you acquire sufficient life insurance as well.

 

      Still, some have asked why only 30% of the renewal commissions. The reason is another person must maintain the relationship with the dealers and service their needs. That is why the other 40% is paid to the new person who is handling the member. This also ensures that the member continues to get quality service and will continue to renew their membership, maintaining the value of your annuity.
